Lucky 77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

3.2 Accurate Information

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested by Lucky 77. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky 77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Lucky 77 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification

Lucky 77 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point. This may involve submitting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Providing fraudulent documentation during KYC is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on Lucky 77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Lucky 77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — you may only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on Lucky 77 carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on Lucky 77 are final once confirmed on the bet slip. It is your responsibility to verify that your selection, stake, and odds are correct before confirming any wager. Lucky 77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of clearly documented technical error on the part of the platform.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types on Lucky 77. These limits are displayed on each game or betting market before you confirm a wager. 6.4 Match Voids and Cancellations

For real sports events: if a match or event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or declared void by the relevant governing body, Lucky 77 will void all bets on that event and return stakes to player wallets. For virtual sports: all events are generated by certified RNG and cannot be cancelled mid-event. Results are final immediately upon event conclusion.

6.5 Ludo and Skill Games

Real-money Ludo Games on Lucky 77 involve an element of skill alongside randomness from dice rolls. Lucky 77 uses a certified RNG for all dice rolls, and results are independently verifiable in your match history. Disconnection during a Ludo match is handled according to the rules stated in the Ludo Games section — stakes are not automatically refunded for connection issues caused by the player's device or internet provider.

7. Fair Play and Security

7.1 Prohibited Activities

9.2 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the player via their most recently used verified payment method. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Lucky 77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. 11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Lucky 77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

12. Privacy
